- Veronica Jarrett joined the IAS team in April, 2003 as the claims manager. Her responsibilities include supervising the claims processing staff, and interacting with customers, agents, dealers and financial institutions on claims requiring closer inspection. Mrs. Jarrett has over 10 years of administrative management experience. Prior to joining IAS she was the manager of a support staff that performed booking processes, commissions processing, and other administrative support functions. In 1996 Mrs. Jarrett received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
